No mystery maths

How we calculate it.

Daily cost = pouches per day ÷ pouches per can × price per can

We multiply your daily cost by 7, 30, and 365. For example, 10 pouches a day from a 20-pouch can costing $6 works out to $3 a day, $90 over 30 days, and $1,095 over a year.

The estimate assumes your usual use and prices would stay the same, and that you stop purchasing pouches completely. It spreads the cost of a can across its pouches, so it is an average spending estimate rather than a prediction of when you would buy each can. Figures are rounded only for display.

Use the price you actually pay, including tax or delivery if relevant. Currency changes the display only; this tool does not convert exchange rates. This is a spending calculator, not an estimate of nicotine exposure or health outcomes.
